  • Services as per section of Annex A of IATA standard and additionally to centralise and control from our main operations office from which all your demands and requests will be forwarded to our local Airport Airline representatives.
  • Supervise the handling of the aircraft during ground time for a quick and safe turn around.
  • Airport Vesta Creta staff and representatives will receive continued trainning according to your demands in order to be able with the main offices to provide services of high standard to the airline and to the customers, with quality control, with check in desks 1-3 depended upon aircraft capacity and pax figures.
  • To send all necessary messages in order to keep you informed for any movement of your A/C.
  • To take care in case of irregularities of flight and keep you posted as well as the passengers.
  • Been present at least one hour prior check in starts and one hour after aircraft has departed.
  • Our operations and administration control office will take care and assist for all matters concerning CAA and handling companies keeping an eye on and controlling all invoices refered to the airline.
  • Also to be present and negotiating with the local authorities when necessary in order to protect the interests of the Airline.
